Shipping & Delivery
We are currently offering free shipping on ground orders over $100. This offer excludes all expedited shipping and orders outside of the continental US, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Our packages are sent via USPS Priority Delivery. Delivery Monday through Saturday. Orders typically ship the same day if received by 11:00 AM Central Standard time. Priority delivery normally takes 2 to 3 business days. You may request Express Delivery at an additional charge. Orders shipped to Canada will be charged an additional $15 Destination Charge; Alaska and Hawaii will be charged an additional $10 Destination Charge. We do not ship to the states of Oregon and Texas.

Orders must be submitted Monday through Friday by 11 AM Central Standard Time. Please contact our customer service department for a shipping estimate at 1.952.898.1996 by 11 AM Central Standard Time. While most orders are ready for shipping within one day of ordering, some orders take additional time.

The above rates apply if all items are shipped to one address. If we are shipping to two or more addresses, rates apply for each address.
Privacy & Security
We will never sell your information to 3rd parties or use them in such a way to threaten your privacy. All orders and account transactions take place behind a 128 bit security protocol. We take your financial information seriously and are always adding secure features to improve as such.
Returns & Replacements
ShopmyZFA is committed to providing you with the best possible service at our web site. You may exchange or return any unused item(s) with receipt within two weeks of receiving for a refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We have packed your merchandise with great care. Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery. Report any damages immediately and save all original packing materials for inspection or return. Gift Cards
Unfortunately, gift cards are not offered at this time. We hope to offer them at a later date

Applicable sales tax will be added where required by law.
Additional Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your order is on the way. Occasionally orders will require special processing by a customer service representative. In these rare cases you would be notified by email.
